Yes. We offer secure shipping across India. Delivery within India is already included in the price shown against each item; timelines vary depending on your location and the products ordered.
Yes. International shipping is available for selected products, subject to destination country regulations and applicable shipping charges.
All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product, with your order ID and a complete unboxing video — claims made after 24 hours, or without the video, cannot be accepted. Once the returned product reaches us and the claim is verified, the refund is processed within 24 hours. The full terms are on the Refund & Shipping page.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
